At Online Florist we strive to deliver high quality flowers at a reasonable price to you and your loved ones.

As flowers are unpredictable and perishable items, it may cause your experience with us to be less than desired.

Returns

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. Please notify us within 24 hours from time of receiving the floral arrangement. To be eligible for a one-to-one exchange, your item must be untouched and unwrapped. Your item has to be in the original packaging, in the same condition as you received it. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

What are the payment method accepted?

We accept credit card / debit card payment, including bank transfer or PayNow. For bank transfer or PayNow payment please email us at info@onlineflorist.com.sg or WhatsApp (65) 81692028 for more information. 

Cancellations

Once an offer is accepted or a purchase is made, a transaction will be created and once a transaction is created, we do not allow any cancellations, exchanges, swap backs and refunds. This is to ensure the integrity and fairness of the platform are upheld for both buyers and sellers.

Online Florist guarantee fresh and beautiful floral arrangements and quality gifts that will make your recipient smile

However, we will not be liable and there is no refunds for flowers and arrangements once it has been delivered and acknowledged by recipient or on behalf of recipient to the designated delivery address.

The recipient was not present at the address given within the hours during which delivery was requested.

An incorrect address was provided.

No such person was at the given address.

No valid contact number was provided for Onlineflorist.com to reasonably attempt to contact to recipient to make delivery.
