Can I collect my order by myself?

Certainly! For all self-collection orders, the collection venue would be at our office (126 Joo Seng Rd, #07-06, Singapore 368355). Please collect your order on the date chosen during your check out process and during our opening hours (9am - 6pm). If you would like to collect your order earlier than your chosen date, give us a call at (65) 6300 9272 and we will try our very best to accommodate your request. 

What is your daily delivery schedule like? 

Our delivery schedule is morning 10am - 3pm, afternoon 3pm - 7pm.

My delivery did not arrive within the hours requested. What should I do?

Sometimes due to technical glitches or bad weather, we may not be able to fulfill your delivery within the hours requested. If that happens, please reach out to us at (65) 6300 9272 or write to us at info@onlineflorist.com.sg so that we can send a complimentary bouquet to your recipient and make up for it.

We will have additional $25 surcharge for delivery from 7pm-10pm and specific time. Specific timing minimum 1hour time frame. No specific timing or express delivery allow on occasion period.

Please make sure the delivery date, delivery address and recipient's contact details are accurate, and that the recipient is around to receive the gift. We can redeliver the gift if the first delivery fails at the next available time zone at a charge of $15.00

My recipient received the wrong item. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize and regret the inconvenience caused. Please reach out to us at (65) 6300 9272 or write to us at info@onlineflorist.com.sg so that we can proceed to rectify the issue as efficiently as possible.
